Valuations

Establish a suitable system for the Valuation of Contractors and Consultants works dependant on original Contract agreements and the timing of payments. A well established and appropriate process will ensure a reduced risk to the Client of overpayment and/or conflict with Contractors over a fair and reasonable payment.

Variations

Compilation of System for the issue of Variations and changes to works packages, an appropriate system ensures that any additional funds required for such changes are approved prior to the works / changes being carried out. This will also be added to the contract final account and reported as required.

Account Monitoring and Reporting

Once Contracts have been established with Contractors and Consultants these would be monitored constantly and measured against either the original budget or original contract, a report is produced on a fortnightly or monthly basis as required by the Client to ensure that the Client remains fully informed at all times.

Final Accounting

Compilation and review of accounts to compile a detailed Final Account for presentation to the Client and Contractor for negotiation and reconciled to the original budget if required. Meetings and negotiations with contractors and subcontractors dependant on Contract type to strive towards the conclusion of an amicable Account closure and release of any remaining payments.
