Contractors Database

Research will be carried out locally and if required Internationally investigating and contacting contractors of relevant sizes. A prequalification document will be prepared and approved by the Client to be issued to the most suitable Contractors, once they have been returned and checked then required reference checks will be carried out, including review of Programme, Cost and Quality and where possible a review of the Facilities Management Comments of previous projects. If required the Contractors will be invited to the Clients location to present their company and answer any questions which the Client may have.

Suppliers Database

Research local suppliers for Equipment or Materials based on the Clients requirements, carry out reference checks from customers and previous projects. If appropriate obtain samples, costs of material and establish payment terms and conditions.

Green Building Review

Review of the Clients requirements to include or develop green and sustainable elements within the Project. Advise on BREAM or LEED accreditation and the most appropriate sources of full assessment or further local or international information. This element may require to be included within Contractors and Consultants tenders and proposals to ensure that all parties are working to the same levels or Clients requirements.
