| On behalf of our client, a company developing a unique project consisting of marina, hotel, residential, retail and leisure areas located on the Montenegrin coast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced accountant or administrator to become a part of the professional cost management team. You will be expected to: · Work within the Commercial (Cost) Department, closely cooperating with construction, project management and design teams. · Actively support the cost managers in their daily activities. · Administer contracts, create and maintain up to date contractors and consultants files and records. · Check invoices for approval, verify accuracy, code, obtain approvals in accordance with internal procedures. · Cooperate with accounting department, tracking status of outstanding payments. · Prepare ad hoc and regular status reports for the Managers as per request. In order to succeed, you are: · Experienced Administrator with prior working experience in finance or accounting. · Experience from international environment welcome. · Able to meet deadlines. · Willing to work as part of a team and take a hands-on role in detailed routine tasks where required. · Strong communicator in English language (native Montenegrin). · Very strong technical and PC skills · Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
