On behalf of our client, Orascom Development Holding / Lustica Development, we have an opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to take on responsibility for the sale of luxury residences in a unique development at Lustica Bay.

You will be expected to:

·     Communicate with potential buyers of luxury second homes, driving the sales process from the initial introduction through to successful closing of the deal;

·     Organise visits of potential buyers on site, introducing the project, the region and its potential;

·     Provide support and advise the buyers throughout the negotiations in a highly professional manner;

·     Work with the Orascom sales and marketing centres across Europe and the Middle East;

·     Liaise with estate agents and other associates generating leads;

·     Represent the company in targeted events, international shows and exhibitions;

·     Ensure the contracts and all related paperwork is prepared within the corporate guidelines;

·     Cooperate with other departments and units within the holding;

In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria:

·     Experienced in the area of residential sales;

·     Comfortable and experienced in dealing with high net worth clients;

·     Previously experienced in a similar role at an international company;

·     Well aware of the nature, specifics and challenges of the local market, with previous working experience in Montenegro;

·     Confident and professional communicator;

·     Fluent English and Montenegrin speaker;

·     Accountable, responsible and motivated person with initiative;

·     Results oriented, fast, good organizer with a positive “can do” attitude.
