| On behalf of our client, an international property developer and contractor with its presence in Montenegro, we are looking for an experienced Executive Coordinator to become a key member of their team and work closely to the GM and the management board. You will be expected to: Administration: • Cover all administrative tasks within the company, such as reading, reviewing and redistributing of incoming correspondence, drafting and composing outgoing correspondence; telephone communication; drafting documentation; translating documentation and correspondence to and from English language; Office management: • Coordinate workflow in the office, update and chase delegated tasks to ensure their progress and delivery to deadlines; • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner; • Recommend management action to improve standard operating procedures within the company, collect and analyse relevant information and present proposals in terms of cost, benefits, potential risk, etc; Reporting and HQ liaison: • Prepare regular weekly / monthly reports on the status of Montenegro office for the Board of Directors and the HQ; • Compiling reports and programs as per requirement of the Management Board; External Liaison: • Participate in international real estate fairs and events; • Represent the GM in times of his absence, attend meetings on his behalf; • Provide full local support to company's international financing institutions; Marketing, Events & PR: • Independently organise various events: press conferences, concerts, charity days, lotteries, fashion shows, music performances, exhibitions and similar; • Conduct market research seeking for new investment opportunities; • Communicate with media, press clipping and prepare press releases; • Prepare promotional materials, communicate with the design and printing agencies; In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria: · Prior working experience in the area of office management or administrative coordination; · Prior experience from an international company or environment is highly desirable; · Ability to initiate and manage projects from inception to completion; · Proactive and driven personality with a positive attitude towards challenge; · Independent and initiative, comfortable working on their own as well as a member of a team; · Organisation and prioritising skills, excellent timekeeping and multitasking are necessary; · Professional, representative, with high business ethics and code of conduct; · Excellent command of English and Montenegrin languages both in writing and verbally; · Computer literate, comfortable with the whole range of MS Office package and able to prepare and deliver presentations and reports on high level; If you meet the requirements mentioned above and you are not afraid of challenges, we will be pleased to talk to you.
