| Our client is a property developer focused on building high quality apartments and villas on the Montenegrin coast. The client is financed by investors from Western Europe and employs a mixture of Montenegrin and International staff in it’s Herceg Novi office. You will be expected to: Due to the expansion of the business, the client needs to recruit a new Project Manager. You will take overall responsibility for delivering the planning process and construction of one or more of the company's projects on Montenegro coast, closely supervised by Senior Project Manager. Key responsibilities include: • Take overall responsibility for delivering the construction of one or more projects • Overseeing designing process, cost analysis, tender, contractor appointment, contract signing • Prepare construction cost budgets and monitor them on an ongoing basis • Responsible for managing construction contractors to deliver the projects on cost, time and quality • Prepare regular reports for Senior Project Manager and senior management team on the progress of the projects • Liaising with the architects and site supervisor in order to track all project developing process • The Project Manager will form a key part of the client's small but fast growing Herceg Novi based team. The role will be based on the Montenegro coast, in Herceg Novi. In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria: The successful candidate will have outstanding qualifications and experience in building, including: • Educated to Bachelors / Masters level in engineering (preferably structural / civil engineer) • Professional accreditation • At least 3 years experience in managing construction projects; particularly residential apartment and house building • Fluent in written and spoken Serbian and English • High levels of motivation and energy to get projects finished to cost, time and quality targets • Good team working skills and able to fit in with a small, dynamic team • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines • Full driving licence and able to travel around the Montenegrin coast for work.
