? Are you an experienced AUDITOR ?

On behalf of our client, a company developing a unique project consisting of marina, hotel, residential, retail and leisure areas located on the Montenegrin coast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced auditor to lead the internal audit function, and to be a part of the professional finance and business development team.

You will be expected to:

·     Carry out independent appraisals of the effectiveness of internal policies, procedures and standards of the company;

·     Examine records of departments and ensuring recording of financial transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

·     Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for management;

·     Follow up with implementation of changes and corrective measures;

·     Take an active role in review and improvement of procurement processes with the main focus on construction department;

·     Actively participate in tenders of the company;

·     Work closely with the finance, cost and construction team;

·     Work together with the CFO and support him with the creation of statements and reports as assigned.

In order to succeed, you are:

·     Educated to a university degree in finance, business or related areas;

·     ACCA qualified (or close to completion);

·     Qualified Auditor with a thorough knowledge of the principles, procedures and practices of accounting and financial records and transaction;

·     Previously experienced in Big4 or similar international company;

·     Experienced in audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits;

·     Able to gather information needed for your work via targeting the right sources of information, asking clear questions and analyzing the answers, to evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports;

·     Fluent in Serbian and English languages;

·     Computer literate (MS Office package);

·     Previous experience or good understanding of property development or construction is a considerable asset.
