| On behalf of our client, a company developing a unique project consisting of marina, hotel, residential, retail and leisure areas located on the Montenegrin coast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced financial analyst to be a part of the professional finance and business development team. You will be expected to: · As the Financial Analyst, your primary role will be first to support and continuously improve financial and business modelling within the company; · You will work with the finance team and you will become a member of the Business Development team playing critical role in the daily decision making connected to progress of the ongoing development projects, producing financial reports or projections for the company management in order to make the best investment and business decisions; · You will work with the management of the company; · You will actively participate on assessment of future potential projects (feasibility studies, financial and market analysis, budgets, data gathering) · Producing reports, plans as per request; · When needed, you will organise meetings, take minutes, keep all involved parties updated and informed of new developments; In order to succeed, you are: · You possess a university degree in finance, business or related areas. · You have 2-3 years of experience from an auditing company, an investment bank, or a similar institutions in a role of a financial analyst, controller, auditor or senior accountant. · You understand budget and accounting terminology and application. You are able to appropriately apply budget and accounting principles and procedures. You can efficiently retrieve, use and analyse information pertinent to daily work. · You spend your time on what’s important. You understand time management and priority setting to meet tight deadlines and use time effectively. You are able to establish critical issues and distinguish them from trivial matters. You keep focused on your priorities and deliver results within the set deadlines. · You comprehend the fundamentals of financial management. · You apply your PC skills and knowledge to produce and present the financial data in the desired format (exclellent Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations). · You are able to prepare and present analyses, reports and budgets. You conduct and participate in effective meetings. You are able to gather information needed for your work via targeting the right sources of information, asking clear questions and analyzing the answers. · You are a solid communicator in both Serbian and English languages.
