? Are you an experienced Construction / Project Manager ?

On behalf of our client, a major international consultant, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in the development of a new hotel resort on the coast of Monenegro.

You will be expected to:

·       Work in a team of international project managers and consultants;

·       Ensure the delivery of assigned projects in required quality, time and budget via the management of all phases, packages and contractors engaged in individual projects;

·       Participate in selection and appointment of contractors and consultants, preparation of detailed scopes of works;

·       Actively cooperate with designers, engineers, consultants and contractors involved in the projects, monitoring their delivery, meeting milestones, promptly dealing with faults or delays;

·       Hold regular meetings, keep the information flow and prepare progress reports;

·       Monitor work on site for quality and progress and make sure the projects are delivered in time, to the correct quality and to required health and safety requirements;

·       Liaise with public authorities to ensure compliance with local requirements.

In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria:

·       Degree in civil engineering;

·       Prior working experience in project management, site management;

·       International experience is a strong preference;

·       Track record of a successful participation in mixed use projects, prior hotel experience is a big plus;

·       Independent and initiative, able to drive projects forward and meet deadlines;

·       Excellent communicator in both English and Montenegrin languages;

·       Computer literate, use of MS Office package.
