| Our client, an exclusive modern hotel, is looking for an experienced and ambitious hotel manager to take on a role of the General Manager and become a key member of their team. You will be expected to: · Manage general operations of the modern hotel and its facilities (rooms and villas, business and congress centre, wellness and spa, restaurants and bars); · Be responsible for the hotel occupancy and revenue; · Prepare financial and operational plans, report on hotel performance on regular basis; · Manage the operational team and be closely involved in hiring, training, development and motivation of the staff; · Ensure the high quality of provided services by all departments (F&B, Business, Banquets, Front Desk, Housekeeping etc.) You are: · Educated to relevant College or University degree; · Min. 5 years of experience on the GM level at a 4* or 5* hotel; · Experienced in international hotel environment or hospitality is a big plus; · Demonstrated managerial and leadership experience, ability to distribute and assign workload, and ensure high performance; · Energetic self starter, reliable and communicative personality; · Service orientated personality; · Excellent speaking and writing Enghish AND Serbian/Montenegrin; · Computer literate (MS Office package); We offer: · An exciting opportunity to work in a modern and forward thinking hotel; · Highly rewarding remuneration package based on performance.
