? Are you a SALES MANAGER with experience from the YACHTING/MARINA environment ?

On behalf of our client, a new luxury marina and a waterfront development offering short term and long term berthing on the beautiful coast of Montenegro, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Marina Sales Manager to join the sales team and be a front line point of contact for interested yacht owners.

You will be expected to:

·       Work in a team of marina and residential sales professionals;

·       Participate or lead promotion, marketing and sales of marina berths aimed at high end yacht owners and the sailing community;

·       Attend and present the project at international shows and conventions;

·       Field and follow up enquiries from interested clients;

·       Organise visits of potential clients on site, introducing the project with its facilities, the region and its potential;

·       Coordinate with associated partners and agencies to determine the best ways to address potential buyers;

·       Work with the rest of the sales, marketing and PR team, be involved in launching and implementing new campaigns;

You have:

·       Relevant qualification from a recognised University or College;

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience connected to sales, networking, yachting, customer service;

·       Extensive experience in international environment, flexibility and willingness to travel;

·       Ability to identify the most appropriate sales strategy dependent on each individual client;

·       Ability to network with VIPs;

·       Team player;

·       Motivated, results driven and ambitious personality responsible for own results;

·       Excellent social and negotiations skills;

·       Excellent communicator, multi-tasker, professional, presentable;

·       Fluent English language speaker.
