| On behalf of our client, an international company with a branch office in Montenegro, we are looking for an experienced Assistant to the Managing Director. You will be expected to: · Organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office of MD; · Manage office equipment – order stationary, procure and maintain equipment; · Liaise with the head office in France, provide translations fo/from French and English language if necessary; · Liaise with internal and external visitors and business partners; · Maintain the MD’s agenda, organise meetings and appointments, arrange travel and accommodation; · Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, deal with post and emails; · Maintain all records and files; · Liaise with public authorities whenever needed; · Be the first point of contact in the MD’s office, deal with complex queries via telephone, by email and in person; In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria: · Prior working experience in the area of administration or office management necessary; · Prior experience in an international company or abroad required; · Proactive and creative personality with a positive attitude towards challenge; · Independent and initiative, comfortable working on their own as well as a member of a team; · Representative, well mannered with high business standards; · Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally; · Organisation skills and attention to detail; · Fluent in Montenegrin, French and English languages; · Computer literate, use of MS Office package and internet applications; If you meet the requirements mentioned above and you are not afraid of challenges, we will be pleased to talk to you.
