? Are you an experienced Project Manager ?

On behalf of our client, a major developer based on the coast of Montenegro, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the construction team in management of small projects.

You will be expected to:

·       Work in a team of international project managers and consultants;

·       Take on a full responsibility for individual small projects within a large scale development;

·       Ensure the the delivery of assigned projects in required quality, time and budget via the management of all phases, packages and contractors engaged in individual projects;

·       Liaise with Commercial department in relation to procurement of works;

·       Participate in selection and appointment of contractors and consultants, preparation of detailed scopes of works;

·       Actively cooperate with designers, engineers, consultants and contractors involved in the projects, monitoring their delivery, meeting milestones, promptly dealing with faults or delays;

·       Hold regular meetings, keep the information flow and prepare progress reports;

·       Monitor work on site for quality and progress and make sure the projects are delivered in time, to the correct quality and to required health and safety requirements;

·       Liaise with public authorities to ensure compliance with local requirements.

In order to succeed, you fulfill the following criteria:

·       Degree in civil engineering, architecture or building management;

·       Prior working experience in project management, ideally on a large scale project in an international environment;

·       Experience in the complete project life cycle;

·       Strong combination of a business/office based project management with work in terrain and management of site works;

·       Track record of a successful delivery of mixed use projects;

·       Independent and initiative, able to drive projects forward and meet deadlines;

·       Knowledge of Montenegrin building and permitting regulations;

·       Strong leader with ability to act as a strong example, motivate and lead others to their best performance;

·       Excellent communicator in both English and Montenegrin languages;

·       Computer literate, use of MS Office package, internet applications;
