? Are you an experienced RETAIL MANAGER ?

On behalf of our client, a company developing a unique project consisting of marina, hotel, residential, retail and leisure areas located on the Montenegrin coast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced  retail manager to manage the several assigned retail units within the exclusive retail areas of the project.

You will be expected to:

·       Be in charge of assigned retail units selling up and coming fashion brands on behalf of their owners;

·       Actively participate in pre-opening phase of the stores, e.g. manage import of inventory, cooperate with shipping companies;

·       Liaise with the interior designers and the brand manager in the process of stores fit out;

·       Deal with staffing such as interview potential staff, hire, train and develop shop staff;

·       Ensure smooth running of the retail units, supervise all day-to-day processes and activities carried out by the individual stores;

·       Ensure correct inventory and good product display management;

·       Manage stock levels in the warehouse and take key decisions regarding the stock control;

·       Oversee the overall presentation of the retail units, ensure the branding is in place and in line with both the store owners policies as well as with the general rules of the project;

In order to succeed, you are:

·       Experienced manager of exclusive retail units;

·       Experienced working in an international environment, serving high class customers with demands;

·       Strongly oriented at customer service and delivery;

·       Presentable, dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic;

·       Effective communicator and negotiator;

·       Skilled in English and Serbian languages both verbally and in writing;

·       Organized, focused, persistent and driven;

·       Willing to relocate with full time engagement on the project;
