? Are you an experienced IT Sales Manager ?

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing IT consultancy in the area of digital archiving solutions and storage business processes, we are looking for experienced sales and business development professional, who will take over responsibility for business development in order to use the existing high quality technologies and solutions of the company and further increase its market share.

You will be expected to:

·       Implement new sales strategy, analyse sales opportunities in the market;

·       Analyse current market needs and drive development of new additional solutions and services to enhance the product portfolio;

·       Identify and develop new sales channels;

·       Liaise with existing client base, identify their further needs and prepare offers for additional services;

·       Prepare presentations, offers, price offers in cooperation with the account managers and technical departments;

·       Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensure their execution by one of the account managers;

 In order to succeed, you are:

·       An experienced Sales Manager with successful track record in sales of IT services / solutions;

·       Very strong in the area of IT solutions, with understanding of information systems, system integration and IT related business processes;

·       Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter with ability to build, maintain and develop professional business relationships;

·       Strategic thinker, able to understand the client needs both on business and technical level, and build trust with the decision makers on client’s side;

·       Experienced marketer, with good knowledge of media, advertising, with ability to present the company at professional events, workshops, seminars etc;

·       Good communicator in Slovene, English and Croatian/Serbian languages;

·       Highly motivated, results driven and target orientated, positive, flexible and initiative personality.
