? Are you an experienced Lawyer in the area of Public Procurement ?

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing law firm, a part of an international network of law firms, we are looking for a Senior Lawyer who will act as a leader in the public procurement practise area of the firm, delivering high quality advise and service to the clients.

You will be expected to:

·       Provide legal advice to clients in the area of public procurement;

·       Provide professional consultancy service to clients;

·       Lead individual cases from the initial contact with the client, defining their needs, scope of services provided, engaging other team members if necessary, through to the final delivery of the service;

·       Preparation and / or review of the documents relating to the call for tenders and conducting the entire public procurement procedure on behalf of the client;

·       Filing review procedures;

·       Support colleagues in larger cases / assignments whenever necessary;

·       Act as a contact person for assigned clients;

·       Constant education in the field of public procurement – being up to date with current literature and practice of the National Review Commission;

 In order to succeed, you are:

·       A holder of a law degree in Slovenia;

·       Experienced in the area of public procurement law is necessary;

·       Ideally from one of the following areas: law firm with frequent involvement in public procurement projects | public organisation / section of public procurement | larger company frequently engaged in public tenders;

·       Very strong communicator, both in written and verbal communication;

·       Comfortable negotiator in Slovene and English or German languages;

·       Computer literate (MS Office package, understanding of basic database programs and internet)

·       Able to form long term relationships with the cliets, build clients trust, act as their adviser to their best business interests;

·       Able to understand the business processes within client organizations, analyse client’s needs and propose the most suitable solutions;

·       Ambitious with will to learn, develop and build a career in a strong and growing law firm;

·       Proactive, creative, positive and interested to work in an international environment;
