? Are you a CONCIERGE WITH EXPERIENCE FROM YACHTING/MARINA ENVIRONMENT ?

On behalf of our client, a company developing a unique project consisting of marina, hotel, residential, retail and leisure areas located on the Montenegrin coast, we are looking for a motivated and experienced marina concierge to manage the concierge team and be a front line point of contact for the visitors of the marina.

You will be expected to:

·       Be in charge of assigned retail units selling up and coming fashion brands on behalf of their owners;

·       Actively participate in pre-opening phase of the stores, e.g. manage import of inventory, cooperate with shipping companies;

·       Liaise with the interior designers and the brand manager in the process of stores fit out;

·       Deal with staffing such as interview potential staff, hire, train and develop shop staff;

·       Ensure smooth running of the retail units, supervise all day-to-day processes and activities carried out by the individual stores;

·       Ensure correct inventory and good product display management;

·       Manage stock levels in the warehouse and take key decisions regarding the stock control;

·       Oversee the overall presentation of the retail units, ensure the branding is in place and in line with both the store owners policies as well as with the general rules of the project;

In order to succeed, you are:

·       Experienced manager of exclusive retail units;

·       Able to go above and beyond standard levels of customer service, and provide the guests and visitors with an exceptional overall experience.

·       Experienced from a high class hotel and marina in a similar role.

·       Comfortable working in an international environment, dealing with exclusive guests of various origins, nationalities, cultures and habits.

·       Constantly on your feet, talking to guests, and extending the level of services provided.

·       Visible and always accessible and ready to assist guests.

·       Strong in understanding of customer service, ability to listen and understand the client needs.

·       Excellent communicator, multi-tasker, professional, presentable.

·       Fluent English language speaker.
